Design Your Own Skateboard Stickers on Whatever Skateboards!
One of the most popular requests we ever got was to let you design your own stickers. We listened: now you can design your own skateboard stickers and we’ll send them your way! Get awesome stickers with your own photos, images, text, and logos. Slap these on the bottom of the some of the skateboard decks in your quiver and shred your own design. Its a well known fact that no skateboard or blank skateboard deck is complete without stickers, that’s a first day lesson. We have bumper sticker sized, as well as classic circle, square, and oval custom stickers. Rep your own skateboard brand or get your artwork on our new stickers!
How Do I Design My Own Skateboard Stickers?
It’s really easy, just choose the size and shape of sticker you want to design and use our customizer. You can lay out any photos, pictures, images, or text you want. Remember that stickers are not that large, typically most skateboarding stickers feature a distinct logo or the brand name. Complicated or busy designs won’t read well on stickers because of their size, you want people to instantly be able to recognize them. Stick with designs that have large, central elements and strong continuous blocks of color. One of the nice things about our stickers is that you can design your own stickers online for free so you can try multiple designs.
How Many Custom Stickers Should I Get?
Depends on what you’re trying to do with our design your own skateboard stickers. If you’re just looking to get a few packs for your own skateboards or to put around we recommend getting 2-3 sets of various stickers, that will be ~20 stickers. If you’re looking to start your own skateboard brand or you’re looking to give out some custom stickers as prizes or giveaways then you’re looking at 100+ stickers or several packs in a few styles. If you’re a skate brand looking for wholesale stickers or a bulk sticker order please see our wholesale skateboards and bulk orders page for more information. We can help your design your own skateboard stickers and put your logo on stickers.
Are These Stickers Only for Skateboards?
LOLLLLLLL. No. Haha these stickers can be put anywhere its legal to put stickers. At the Whatever Skateboards HQ we have en entire room where the walls are covered in all the skate stickers we’ve got. We put stickers on our desks, guitar cases, amps, blank skateboards, and pretty much anything else with a reasonable flat surface. To get the best results from our design your stickers we recommend cleaning the area you’re going to apply the sticker to beforehand to make sure you’ll get a good seal. Stick ’em anywhere, stick ’em everywhere!
As skateboarding has gained more and more popularity over the years, the design of decks has gotten increasingly more creative. There are plenty of ways to be creative when it comes to your skateboard deck, and we make it easy with our online customizer. Since you are able to fully customize your skateboard on our website, the possibilities really are endless. One rad way to customize that we have been digging lately is putting photos on your board. You can place a single photo, multiple photos, or create a collage of photos to put on a deck. Not sure what type of photo to use? We share some of our favorite ideas and ways to have photos on a skateboard.
Personal Photos on a Skateboard
Photo-adorned skateboard make great gifts as well. Order a board with photos of the birthday boy and he will be stoked on his birthday present. Friends tying the knot? Have a few of their favorite photos as a couple transformed into a keepsake that they can either display or ride down the street. Skateboards with photos of you also make a great holiday gift for your parents. Even if they don’t ride, having something you made for them that you enjoy with your favorite photos is sure to please.
Photos as Keepsakes
If you don’t want to use photos of yourself or others, consider the endless other possibilities. If you are a photographer, placing on of your original photos on a skateboard is the perfect way to attract attention to your work while creating the perfect way to get around while you are taking photos. Or perhaps you have some old photos laying around that hold sentimental value. Putting them on a skateboard is a great way to preserve the memories in a fun and creative way.
Summer 2020 is the season for custom skateboards. We might say that every summer (because when is it not time to skate) but this one’s different. Seriously, Minneapolis just announced it’s constructing 20 new skateparks this year, skating is confirmed as a special addition to the 2020 (now 2021) Tokyo Olympic Games, and people are desperate to get some fresh air and exercise during a pandemic. So what better way to upgrade your summer than with a custom skateboard?
Spend Your Summer Skating
Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or new to the skate world, this summer is the time to get out there. Not only is it one of the more socially distanced sports, but you can use outdoor spaces exclusively and never have to set foot inside. Especially with the uncertainty of a pandemic and anxiety of being in crowded spaces, skating is really the perfect pass time to keep you active, out in the sun, and away from crowds.
Impress With a New Custom Skateboard

Don’t just buy a board this summer; create something that is an expression of your style. Custom longboards are the perfect summer hobby and set of wheels. Whether its for fun or your go-to transportation, your longboard should be a high quality and personal purchase, something that you can love for years. Customization allows you to decide exactly what your board looks and feels like. Our platform is easy to navigate for all levels– from buying your first board to experienced skaters.
Skating During a PandemicAs always, we want to make sure everyone is staying safe while cruising around this summer. Make sure to give other skaters and pedestrians 10 feet of space and stay aware of your local regulations around masks and recreational spaces. Outdoor activities are one of the easiest ways to have fun this summer, even while some businesses remain closed and large gatherings pose risk. Nows the time to invest in a custom longboard so you can stay active no matter what your summer looks like this year.
We hope everyone is safe. We have a few notes regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine.
We Are Open
We are still filling custom skateboard and custom longboard orders during quarantine. We are practicing safe social distancing and sanitary routines with lots of handwashing, face covers, and everything else we can do to keep safe while shipping orders. And, we are not seeing any customers in person. This way, we’re able to continue providing awesome custom decks to the world, and not give in to this virus! Skate or die! (Note: choose skate.)
Skateboarding During the Pandemic
If you do skate during the pandemic quarantine, please remember to cover your face appropriately, and stay 10 feet away from other skaters or joggers in case they aren’t doing the same, and you should be good. One up side of the quarantine is that the streets are pretty empty, so for skaters there’s a lot less traffic than usual, so that’s a nice little silver lining for the time being.
Safe Delivery Tips
When your skateboard package(s) arrive, remember to treat them with the same rules you would an Amazon package or similar. When the delivery man arrives, wear a mask to greet him if you need to sign for it, or let him drop it off and walk away before opening the door if not. Leave the package in the sun for a little while if it’s safe to do so (an hour or two, flip it over one time) right outside your door where you can keep an eye on it where it can stay in the sun. The sun and wind for an hour is a great way to reduce chance of any germs for starters. If it’s not convenient or safe to do so, then just bring your package inside and try to set it down near the door, and 6+ ft away from where anyone will be sitting or standing. Then, remove the packaging and recycle or throw away the packaging outside as appropriate, then wash your hands thoroughly. That’s the cautious way to accept any delivery, skateboard or not. Most of all, don’t touch your face after touching any delivery boxes until after you wash your hands.
Our production times remain mostly normal, though please allow an extra few days for the delivery companies that may have longer delays. As with all deliveries right now, some understaffed locations may need longer than normal to drop off the package, but otherwise if you’ve been receiving packages on time from UPS you should be OK to expect it on time.
