Put Your Favorite Photos on a Skateboard

As skateboarding has gained more and more popularity over the years, the design of decks has gotten increasingly more creative. There are plenty of ways to be creative when it comes to your skateboard deck, and we make it easy with our online customizer. Since you are able to fully customize your skateboard on our website, the possibilities really are endless. One rad way to customize that we have been digging lately is putting photos on your board. You can place a single photo, multiple photos, or create a collage of photos to put on a deck. Not sure what type of photo to use? We share some of our favorite ideas and ways to have photos on a skateboard.

Personal Photos on a Skateboard

Photo-adorned skateboard make great gifts as well. Order a board with photos of the birthday boy and he will be stoked on his birthday present. Friends tying the knot? Have a few of their favorite photos as a couple transformed into a keepsake that they can either display or ride down the street. Skateboards with photos of you also make a great holiday gift for your parents. Even if they don’t ride, having something you made for them that you enjoy with your favorite photos is sure to please.photos on skateboard

Photos as Keepsakes

If you don’t want to use photos of yourself or others, consider the endless other possibilities. If you are a photographer, placing on of your original photos on a skateboard is the perfect way to attract attention to your work while creating the perfect way to get around while you are taking photos. Or perhaps you have some old photos laying around that hold sentimental value. Putting them on a skateboard is a great way to preserve the memories in a fun and creative way.

We’re Open During COVID!

Hi Everyone,

We hope everyone is safe.  We have a few notes regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine.

Pandemic Skateboarding with Whatever Skateboards

We Are Open

We are still filling custom skateboard and custom longboard orders during quarantine. We are practicing safe social distancing and sanitary routines with lots of handwashing, face covers, and everything else we can do to keep safe while shipping orders. And, we are not seeing any customers in person. This way, we’re able to continue providing awesome custom decks to the world, and not give in to this virus! Skate or die! (Note: choose skate.)

Skateboarding During the Pandemic

If you do skate during the pandemic quarantine, please remember to cover your face appropriately, and stay 10 feet away from other skaters or joggers in case they aren’t doing the same, and you should be good.  One up side of the quarantine is that the streets are pretty empty, so for skaters there’s a lot less traffic than usual, so that’s a nice little silver lining for the time being.

Safe Delivery Tips

When your skateboard package(s) arrive, remember to treat them with the same rules you would an Amazon package or similar.  When the delivery man arrives, wear a mask to greet him if you need to sign for it, or let him drop it off and walk away before opening the door if not.  Leave the package in the sun for a little while if it’s safe to do so (an hour or two, flip it over one time) right outside your door where you can keep an eye on it where it can stay in the sun.  The sun and wind for an hour is a great way to reduce chance of any germs for starters.  If it’s not convenient or safe to do so, then just bring your package inside and try to set it down near the door, and 6+ ft away from where anyone will be sitting or standing.  Then, remove the packaging and recycle or throw away the packaging outside as appropriate, then wash your hands thoroughly.  That’s the cautious way to accept any delivery, skateboard or not.  Most of all, don’t touch your face after touching any delivery boxes until after you wash your hands.

Production Times

Our production times remain mostly normal, though please allow an extra few days for the delivery companies that may have longer delays.  As with all deliveries right now, some understaffed locations may need longer than normal to drop off the package, but otherwise if you’ve been receiving packages on time from UPS you should be OK to expect it on time.

Stay Safe and Skate On!

Stay safe out there and keep the creativity flowing!
